The concept of Specialty Pain Care started in 2021, after working years in academic institutions and private practice. A common theme I noticed was the trend towards standardized medical care. I wanted to break that trend and provide individualized and specialized care to patients suffering from pain. Every patient’s pain is personal and deserves to be treated as an unique case. From this idea, Specialty Pain Care was born.

I take special care of our patients through use of the Pain Unlayering Protocol (see my Pain Unlayering Protocol post). This proprietary system gets to the root cause of a patient’s pain.

I offer a variety of interventional pain services including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint injections. I also offer regenerative medicine options like platelet-rich plasma and personalized infusion therapy including Ketamine intravenous therapy.
