New Patient Process:
Step 1: Call Specialty Pain Care at (310) 985-1779 or use the above button to request an appointment.
Step 2: We will contact your case manager to verify information about your case and obtain authorization for you to be seen at Specialty Pain Care.
Step 3: Once we obtain the proper authorization we will schedule you at your earliest convenience.
Step 4: After seeing Dr. Brian Lai, M.D., a treatment plan will be formulated and request for authorization of applicable medication, referrals and procedures will be sent to your case manager.
Step 5: Once approval is received for the applicable items in your treatment plan, Specialty Pain Care will notify you of the approval.
